Many business owners are coming up with ways to drive business in this economy. Don’t forget the BIG BILLBOARD you are driving around in everyday.

We posted in the past on all of the ways to make your van a powerful marketing tool.
Came across a Piranha Member (Haugland Brothers) with all of this advice in action, including their business card holder on their vehicle back door AND both sides.

The owner Jeff said he’s filling up the boxes with cards a few times a week (that’s a lot of INTERESTED people taking a card, no matter if they are in a neighborhood, a commercial building, or in the city).

You can get these handy marketing tools at www.cardpockets.com. Someone may not stop to find something to write down your number, but if they can grab a card – EASY!
Send us photos of YOUR van using Piranha Marketing strategies – we want to see these ideas in action.

  1. Pretty cool, but if you want to do something even better, check out this video of my father and I creating a real brochure/card holder for your carpet cleaning van or boxtruck here: http://www.truckmountforums.com/forums/general-carpet-cleaning-discussion/7067-tmf-carpet-cleaning-brochure-holder-tip-of-the-week.html

  2. I have seen a variation of this on a van used by an AC company in Millington TN. The had business cards made into refridgerator magnets and covered the doors of the van with them. There was a sign with a “Free Take One” logo. It was humorous AND eyecatching. I think this is a great way to capture leads. Thanks for the lesson.
