This stuff rocks. Unfortunately too many people will watch and not implement :( Dean even gave us a powerful experience to prove that trying to multi-task results in more time, less finished money-making projects, more frustration and an increasing loop of "half-way" done projects that are endless. If that proof doesn't inspire you to change you time sucking, productive destroying habits, that's wrong!

Love the 50:20:50 and from my experience Dean is correct when saying 50 minutes of true uninterrupted focus allows for serious productivity.

One thing that was left out that is key to mention, in my opinion, is that when you don't multi-task and actually complete a project completely it is a WIN and creates momentum, feeling of accomplishment and energizes you to keeping knocking proactive projects (most that will probably result in money) off the list.

Killer stuff. Thanks Dean

You could easily charge for this 50 minutes of golden nuggets. Acting on this will change my life. (I'm going to go get a timer now.)
