It takes time and effort to grow a great business relationship. All of us at Piranha Marketing are extremely grateful for the part you’ve played in growing ours.
Here is a video I shot with my good buddy Dean Jackson recently. It’s chock-full of useful information and wisdom that will help you in your business and it’s my special thanksgiving gift to all my Members. Enjoy!
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Piranha Marketing!
Joe Polish here and I decided to sit down in my back yard and answer many of the questions that have been submitted to www.AskJoePolish.com about various subjects related to growing and building a cleaning business.
So if you asked a question that you wanted the answer to… or you just want to hear my answers to the questions that were asked… just click and watch the video below.
Note: I will warn you, for some reason the video came out sorta dark (which is a drag)…however, the content is well worth overlooking the quality of the video. In the future, I’ll make sure not to shoot a video in my backyard again unless the lighting is better!
Anyways, set aside about 30 minutes and check out the video.
I hope you find this profitable and valuable! Enjoy!
Best,
Joe Polish
PS. Please take a moment to give me your feedback on the content, I’d very much appreciate it!
PPS. A great big “THANKS” to those of you who submitted a question.
On Sunday, November 2nd, 2008, several of the Piranha Team members (Miki Noble, Victoria Braun, Eunice Miller & Gina DeLong) raised $3,000.00 for Autism by participating in the “Walk Now for Autism” event held in Tempe, Arizona.
Walk Now for Autism, the nation’s largest grassroots autism walk program, is Autism Speaks’ signature fund raising and awareness event, taking place in communities across the United States, as well as in Canada and the United Kingdom. Powered by volunteers and families with loved ones on the autism spectrum, this successful grassroots fund raising effort not only generates vital funds for autism research but also raises awareness about the increasing prevalence of autism and the need for increased research funding to combat this complex disorder.
This weekend I went to NASCAR for the first time with Lisa Wagner and some friends in the cleaning and restoration business. We had Pit passes so we got to meet everybody we wanted to meet.
I’ve uploaded just a few videos so far. I’ve got a ton of them. I’ve tried to show a little bit about the marketing that takes place at NASCAR and also some goofy stuff also.
I hope you enjoy these videos.
Here is the fastest tire change I’ve ever seen up close…
You can learn a lot of interesting lessons from your mailbox, especially when it’s election time. Here’s a couple observations from me on what’s been filling my mailbox this past month.
“Success is not something that happens passively”.
No one lounges around their house thinking of success, and it magically drops down in their laps.
It is the result of taking action. Of creating forward motion in your life.
It all starts by making that decision to begin walking down the path toward success, whatever that definition of “success” means to you.
So I was in a state of incredible euphoria this past weekend when I had the privilege to be part of a room of more than 500 entrepreneurs in this industry who made the decision to walk down that path by being part of our Rich Cleaner Conference.
This is my 9th year with Piranha Marketing… and I have never been part of a more valuable, energetic, proactive, and positive experience. I have never felt more hope, more dreams, more possibilities, and more commitment to take action as I felt in this event.
It was truly mind-blowing amazing.
A room full of people making the decision to vote for themselves – to support their own dreams – by taking action to make their businesses and their lives even better.
It’s an interesting time, a scary time for some, and certainly a time of challenge for many.
The one advantage that you have though is that you own your own business. Yes it is terrible that the market is going crazy, and that credit will get tighter… but you are blessed in the sense that you are not limited by a fixed hourly paycheck. You do not have to have worries about being fired by your boss. You literally get to create your own future, and you can make it as BIG as you’d like it to be.
Now… I’m not going to gloss over this as if it’s not a big deal, the current economic situation. It’s actually serious… very serious. Which is why I’m posting this.
Now more than ever, you need to be smart about your business decisions, and strategic with your buying decisions. You need to make sure that every single action you take is creating results for you. You need to seek out the markets that want your high-level services, and package yourself so you can make those sales come… and make them multiply.
More than ever, it is your marketing and service skills that are going to make your future brighter… or darker.
I’ve spoken with hundreds of cleaners over the past months, some doing very well and some doing horribly.
